The Deanship of Human Resources was established as a supporting deanship at King Saud University by a decision from the Council of Higher Education during its 43rd session in Sha'ban 1427 AH (2006).
Initially operating as a general administration, the deanship evolved into a full deanship due to its critical importance. It now plays a central role in the university's strategic objectives by managing all matters related to workforce development.
